STOMPer Malcolm was shocked when he ate a piece of uncooked chicken from Freshness Burger at Causeway Point.
He tells us more:
“Today, my girlfriend and I went to buy takeaways at Freshness Burger (Causeway Point).
“While waiting for our food, there were dine-in customers complaining about the chicken kaarage, saying that it was too cooked.
"After getting our orders, I looked at the chicken, and it looked perfectly alright, and also looked delicious.
"When I reached home, I opened up the box, and ate the first piece, and found it quite tender.
“When I ate the drumstick, however, I could not believe I ate a whole piece of chicken that was not cooked.
“Perhaps Freshness burger is really too ‘fresh’, selling fresh and raw chicken to customers.
“Also, calling the number given on the receipt was so difficult.
“The person who picked up the phone kept saying they would get back to us, but till now, we have not received a single call from them.
“Maybe ‘promo’ price gives you ‘promo’ types of chicken."

PS : i am the stomper.
I was washing the trays while the workers are just cutting the lemons BESIDE me. okay nothing's wrong with that but what shocked me was, when I told them the lemon was spoilt, they replied me with a laugh and say "nvm la also not we drink" in chinese. FAINT!
2ndly, just yesterday after school, I went over to buy a drink, (to test out) and they're freaking inpolite.
the boss' son also insult some of my friends. pb.
like please? WHERE GOT PPL INSULT THEIR CUSTOMERS ONE.
zzzzzzzzz.
Then I depart n don't want any refund from them. Since they don't have any intention to refund, so no pt arguing with them!
They served us RAW FOOD and not even doing anything to make up for it.
And to those going to freshness burger , really recommend you not to try :D
