Said the STOMPer:

"Everyone was staring at him.

"Some schoolgirls started laughing when they saw him, but he ignored them.

"The guy even reached underneath his skirt and scratched himself as he was going down the escalator."

He looks cute. Hopefully it'll be ok with society for more fashion freedom for guys. Right now, only girls have the freedom to dress whichever way they want. But singaporeans are generally more narrow minded and uptight.
