Flood hits Commonwealth Ave, bringing traffic to a crawl

Motorists had to slow down their vehicles as they made their way through this flood at the junction of Commonwealth Avenue and Holland Drive at about 3.30pm today (Nov 16).

STOMPer Constance, who saw the flood while she was on the bus, said:

"Vehicles had to slow down due to the flood, which covered half their tyres.

"We were driving through the flood for about a minute."
