S'porean sad for German Olympic diver who lost his grip in embarrassing failed dive

STOMPer stompherestompthere sent in a contribution of German Olympic diver, Stephan Feck, who became an unwitting internet star after his dive took a turn for the worse and landed him with a perfect 0 score.

The STOMPer said the diver scored 0.0s across the board with his backwards belly-flop. In the slow-motion replay, one can see the German diver lost his grip on his left leg and then landed on his back in the pool.

It may have been one of the worst -- and most embarrassing -- Olympic fails ever, but the spirit of the Olympics lies in taking part, and it is only human to err.
