These metrosexual S'pore men don't mind spending thousands to look good

Meet the modern metrosexual Singapore man. They may be of all walks of life, but they share two things in common: They love women, and love looking good.

In these RazorTV clips, meet rockstar wannabe Managing Director, 34-year-old Julian Chee as he drives his smooth BMW 650i Convertible around town and takes you on a shopping at designer labels.

Then meet the Dj with baby-soft skin, Andrew T, who splurges thousands of dollars on skin care products. He shares his product and grooming regiment with RazorTV multimedia journalist Sara Ann K.

Finally meet budget metrosexual, Isaac Chan, 25, who splurges on Threadless T-shirts -- but alters each of them to fit him perfectly. If a T-shirt is 3cm too long, he will not wear it, he confesses.

Its time for men to have more freedom towards self-expression. Women no longer are expected to stay in the kitchen, confined to only wearing dresses and skirt, and make their men a sandwich; while males are still expected to be over the top macho, no able to express emotions, and are restricted to only short hair. Still have to serve 2 years NS (the waiting time wasted) and 10 cycles of uncompensated disruptive re-services there after for the local (non-foreign-talent) males. Any weakness a guy risk being bullied, no emotional support for any problems other than an insensitive remark to "man-up"; while women dun get insulted as "fag" for dressing in pants or like sports.

If you hate men doing women's stuff so much, ban women doing man's stuff (such as wearing pants, getting a job) while you're at it.

Sure, I find them weird too, but who are we to decide what they should do and don't do and mock them?

Just my 2 cents here.

Men should be Men ...if a gal wants a partner who constantly concern with clothes, face etc ...the gal can date another gal. Masculine is synonym to ragged, raw, pump up those muscle and strong ...not girlish, face scrubbing your face and trying on clothes to see if its cute. Get your gender straight.
