SMRT: Bus' windscreen had shattered while travelling on Seletar Expressway

SMRT said that the windscreen of bus 969 had shattered while it was travelling on Seletar Expressway towards Woodlands Interchange. This was in response to STOMPer Nickidyl's post in which he saw his bus' windscreen smashed by an unknown object.

An SMRT spokesperson said:

"At around 6.11pm on 4 June, our Service Leader for Service 969 reported to our Bus Operations Control Centre that the windscreen of the bus had shattered while it was travelling on Seletar Expressway towards Woodlands Interchange.

"No one was injured, and 50 passengers were transferred to another bus so they could continue on their journey."
