Rose had just one day to organize a drinking session at Clarke Quay, but thanks to sporting friends who accepted the invitation, the party was a success with lots of champagne and a professional photographer snapping pictures of the revelry.
Rose wrote:
"It was a last minute party!
"On a Thursday, I had a friend WhatsApp me to ask if I could organise a drinking session the next day at Aquanova Clarke Quay.
"Told me to inform the different groups of friends we know in common. I set up a WhatsApp group and sent out messages and when Friday arrived, we had about 30 people turn up!.
"We got a private corner very near to the DJ and we had a professional photographer friend (from clarencephotography.com) snapping photos of us and with anyone else who crossed our paths, as well as loads of champagne!
"A great last minute get together PARTY with so many sporting friends!"
