'Upgrade the 3G network speed in NEL trains so it won't affect our productivity'
STOMPer lemon says the 3G network is very slow in trains plying the North East Line. The STOMPer hopes the network can be upgraded so as not to affect commuters' productivity on the train.
Said the STOMPer:
"3G network slow in NEL MRT.
"Surfing internet in the train on the NEL is terribly slow even on weekends.
"Sometimes it can't even load the Speedtest or webpage at all.
"Telecom or the IDA should upgrade their network so as not to decrease our productivity on the train."
