STOMPer hefeng ate at a restaurant in the town area but did not have a good experience with the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant.
Said the STOMPer:
"Plaza Singapura Pizza Hut: Why is the customer service so lousy?
"I went to Plaza Singapura on June 23 around 3pm and I ordered a promotion set for 4 to 5 pax.
"The waiter did not even know how to take my order and even served me the wrong drinks. Plus the cleanliness is so poor.
"If you look at the picture above...that was how they served us.
"It was such a dirty plate! Even though it got dirty during cooking, they should have taken the initiative to use a cloth and clean the plate before serving it to the customer!
"Even the fork and spoon are dirty too! It can affect one's health if he or she is weak in health. Will the restaurant be responsible if anything happens?"
