Cabby so 'champion': He reads newspaper while driving

STOMPer M's wife was concerned to see a taxi driver reading the newspaper while driving to her mother's home.

Said M:

"My wife was on the way to her mum house in a taxi and look what the taxi driver is doing.

"The taxi driver is reading the newspaper while driving..."
